Mr. Herbert Lwanga is an innovation and technology enthusiast and practitioner inspired by technological solutions to diverse problems and challenges. He is the Co-founder of M/S Logel Group Limited, an IT company based in Uganda, and the co-founder of Logel Science Foundation, a civil society organisation that conducts research and development in science and technology.
Lwanga was a beneficiary of the presidential innovation fund in Uganda from 2000-2005, which allowed him to develop a variety of innovations to address corresponding community challenges. These innovations were patented with the support of the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology. He has made several contributions within the IEEE community, which includes co-founding the IEEE Uganda Section and implementing humanitarian projects and programs in Uganda with IEEE support.

Mr. Sampathkumar Veeraraghavan is a distinguished professional with over 17 years of experience in solution design, systems engineering, and software development. His expertise spans complex large-scale software and computing systems in diverse domains. Mr. Veeraraghavan excels in multitasking, project management, and cross-functional team leadership. He has received numerous international awards, including the 2020 IEEE Global Field Award, 2016 Global IEEE Larry K Wilson Transnational Award, and the 2011 IEEE USA "New Face of Engineering" honour. Mr. Veeraraghavan's career has been distinguished by numerous international accolades, honouring his leadership, technical prowess, professional contributions, and research excellence. Notable among these awards are the prestigious 2020 IEEE Global Field Award/Honor, the 2016 Global IEEE Larry K Wilson Transnational Award, the 2014 IEEE-USA Professional Achievement Award, and the 2013 and 2008 IEEE Global MGA Achievement Awards. Additionally, he received the 2013 IEEE Eta Kappa Nu (HKN) "Outstanding Young Professional Award," the 2011 IEEE USA and National Engineers Week Foundation's "New Face of Engineering" award, and the 2009 IEEE President Change the World Award for his groundbreaking technology development, ISHHS.With a passion for innovation and excellence, he continues to drive technological advancements, making him a revered figure in the industry.
